INFORMATION FOR FOOD PREMISES

This website publishes scores on a rating scheme derived from the inspection which is undertaken at business premises which serve, distribute or store food. The rating is drawn directly from the official inspection undertaken by the Councils Environmental Health Representative.

Participating Councils utilise FoodScores under an official agreement to be the publisher of the data, which in the first instance is limited to the Name and Address of the premises, along with the rating itself.

Users of the site are also able to view further information about premises from information supplied separately from the business to FoodScores, which can include

As a registered food premises, you will already have been, or will at some time, be contacted by FoodScores on behalf of Environmental Health to check your premises details are correct, and at this time you will have the opportunity to add further information.
